The CHRO is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and reports to the company’s CEO. The CHRO provides executive-level leadership and guidance to Company’s HR operations. The CHRO is responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management plans which support the company’s strategic vision.


  • Graduate level degree required in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Work experience as a CHRO, Vice President of HR, or similar role
  • Strategic thinking skills to work with Executive Committee to set direction
  • Cross-functional business understanding with P&L orientation
  • Conceptual skills to shape the organization to meet tomorrow’s challenges
  • Financial acumen to balance resources and understand financial implications of recommendations
  • Technological savvy to drive efficiencies and to engage the workforce through innovations and technology
  • Legal literacy to help ensure a culture of compliance and integrity
  • Operational ability to ensure the transactional aspects of HR are well executed


  • Lead annual employee engagement survey design, implementation, communication and follow up
  • Oversee annual performance review process
  • Oversee employee recognition programs
  • Oversee the on-boarding process including orientations to all new hires
  • Engage in long-range scenario planning
  • Evaluate and recommend organization and people changes which support the company’s strategic vision
  • Shape rewards structure to effectively support long-range goals
  • Partner with fellow members of Executive Committee to facilitate the talent review process and succession planning
  • Conduct talent assessments for management population to identify high potential individuals and provide developmental opportunities for career growth
  • Identify, nurture, and grow talent pipelines to support all levels of Company’s workforce needs
  • Design, develop and execute leadership development programs and ensure that leaders receive the development they need to drive the business and be successful in their current and future roles
  • Oversee transactional aspects of company’s human resources functions 
  • Ensure HR functions are executed in congruence with company’s purpose and values as well as in compliance with all required laws and regulations
  • Balance role of advisor to CEO with role of advisor to company’s board, particularly in matters of succession and compensation
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate and solve organizational people and change related initiatives.
