• Led eight plants in the production of a variety of products including PVC, plastic, tapes, building products, and more with over 1,200 employees, $490mm in annual Net Sales, and $114mm in EBITDA.

• Centralized divisional continuous improvement group into a focused improvement team providing training, cost reduction leadership, and continuous improvement project implementations.

• Led teams implementing over $16.5mm in operational cost reductions.

• Reduced OSHA incident rate from 2.45 to 0.66 in six months.

• Overhauled the onboarding process to reduce turnover of associates with less than 3 months of service from 513% to less than 50 % in just three months.

• Integrated two additional manufacturing facilities into the company as part of a competitive acquisition.
