• Set the overall real estate asset management strategy based on business objectives for 75 retail stores with gas stations and car washes, and additional portfolio of industrial, residential and class A office buildings
• Responsible for acquisition & disposition strategy, lease negotiation and real estate asset management.
• Optimized the performance of the existing portfolio assets and value of real estate through strategic planning.
• Selected to help establish a new department and assess services and IP for commercialization feasibility for revenue generation. Built business plans for target market, go to market strategies and implementation.
• Established real estate management and administration for 3000 leases and portfolio of 59M SF of retail properties in 20 states. Led real estate relations for all 3 large retailers, warehouses, fueling facilities totaling 790 locations, as well as key national tenants, regional and local businesses of over 1,600 non-supermarket retail spaces. Convened stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Real Estate and Legal Division
• Directed asset and property management portfolio of 1,600 retail spaces totaling 14M SF across 20 states. P&L responsibility for $52M operating budget, including construction and replacements. Directed 30+ 3rd party property managers and consultants for all services to shopping centers and realty locations.
• Led the strategic resolution to the company’s publicized EFT security breach, affecting 500+ stores.
