  • Developed strategy for an aggressive growth plan that increased store locations from 48 to 74 through acquisitions and ground-up construction.

  • Created and lead “Profit Enhancement Initiative” to improve profits for the company’s lowest performing locations.

  • Generated marketing and advertising campaign to improve customer price perception and increase traffic, resulting in a 400-basis point improvement in customer count.

  • Improved store operations, management, and merchandising standards for a convenience store/travel center chain which lead to the eventual sale of the entity at a 15 multiple.
  • Redeveloped and implemented quick service food menu across the entire chain.
