  • Increased kiosk and c-stores (food, beverage, merchandising, and lottery) by >20%.

  • Slashed operating maintenance costs by $2M in the first year and $500K annually thereafter.

  • Redesigned small and medium format facilities resulting in nationwide remodel of 200+ stores.

  • Developed programs to improve sales/profitability goals; improved sales and gross profit by >25%.

  • Led nationwide M&A team responsible for integrations, staffing, launch, and operations for 16 retail liquor stores with $16M in sales; additionally added 3 fulfilment centers in the back of selected locations to support the local larger MFCs (Micro Fulfilment Centers).

  • Drove business processes improvements; including inventory management; reduced out-of-stock by 40%.

  • 95% reduction in accidents with improved employee training/safety programs.

  • Implemented a nationwide Fintech Pricing solution with a returned ROI of $10M first-year

  • Led IT project to development and implementation of a new POS Fuel Application that provided: Reduction in downtime by >50%, Addition of a loyalty program, increased fuel sales by $18M, Eliminated employee theft by 90%.

  • Partnered with marketing to launch marketing initiatives, improved customer loyalty from 23% to 48.6%

  • Managed product lifecycle for the designed and rollout of a mobile Supply Chain app providing end-to-end visibility from anywhere within the Inventory network.
