  • Instituted fuel supply optimization and negotiation of supply contracts resulting in $1M in savings and set a company record for the lowest recorded Cost of Goods for fuel supply.

  • Implemented a proactive dispenser calibration and filter change program that reduced fuel shrink by $999k+ per year.

  • Reduced dependence on common carriers by 50% through increased utilization of company fleet, reducing cost by $5,975,000+ per year.

  • Consistently grew gross profit while maintaining high fuel volume sales pre-COVID. Grew fuel gross profit by $50M (30%) in two years without store growth through COGS reductions, pricing strategies, and dynamic loyalty.
