• Led, managed and was responsible for all aspects of the operation of 50+ Company operated locations and 200+ dealer sites with over 750+ employees with an annual revenue of over one billion.
• Launched loyalty program with over six figure membership with 30+% daily usage.
• Implemented proprietary ACH program with pump start activation.
• Negotiated grocery wholesaler contract with over $1MM in improvements over four years.
• Upgraded hot/cold/frozen dispensed beverage equipment increasing margin, sales and quality of offer.
• Oversaw operations of all car washes including the development and implementation of Company’s first Tunnel carwash.
• Oversaw and managed a department of over 20 employees with 5 as direct reports.
• Expanded proprietary food service offerings into 90+ locations generating $15MM+ in sales.
• Selected and implemented soft heat coffee program resulting in 10%+ increase in unit movement and over $20MM in sales.
• Developed and implemented new fresh sandwich program in all stores resulting in $7MM+ in sales.
• Produced same store sales and margin dollar growth of over 5% annualized for five consecutive years.
