  • Supervised multiple remodel and new store projects simultaneously with productive multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Reviewed documentation and plans of different projects to optimize approaches.

  • Administered project finances with effective expense control and tracking abilities.

  • Lead Company’s new distribution facility from design, site work, and construction that included over 275,000 sq ft of dry storage as well as over 175,000 sq ft of refrigerated and frozen storage. This also included a dispatch building, trailer storage lots, employee parking lots, and a new Greenway attached to the property.

  • Supervised and motivated a team of six Project Managers including 2 A&E firms completing store remodels, as well as new store projects.

  • Supervised the in-house Equipment Purchasing Department as well as the in-house Store Development team developing fixture plans for new and remodel projects as well as Corporate Office projects.

  • Responsible for a budget of over $200MM/year.

  • Adept at managing site conditions, safety protocols and scheduling.

  • Consistently met strict budget and schedule targets by coordinating contractors and monitoring construction processes.

  • Solicited and contracted over $19MM in new business in a 2-year span.

  • Traveled extensively with a “boots on the ground” approach to view all sites and ensure production is on schedule.

  • Lead over 500 remodel and new store builds in over 11 states.

  • Designed and built grocery store forecourts for fuel and convenience for a major US grocery store chain.
