Scope:

Experienced executive, skilled in designing and structuring organizations for operational efficiency and strong employee engagement while creating a strong company culture. Experience in residential, industrial, medical, hospitality, and office asset classes. Managing the full transaction life cycle from origination through exit with emphasis on underwriting, structuring, business plan execution, asset management, and leasing to maximize returns and minimize risk. Responsible for portfolios up to 6+MM sf of commercial and 2,999+ residential units.

Accomplishments:

• Develop organizational structure, set up corporate and club operations and administration, and orchestrate HR, IT, Legal, Insurance, and administrative functions

• Supported, contributed, and occasionally presented to accredited investors resulting in a capital raise of $34+MM

• Development and management of key corporate and club metrics and budgets to measure productivity and success within the respective departments

• Review, select, and implement several software systems to assist with business operations: Paylocity, Court Reserve, Club Essential, MaintainX, plus others

• Responsible for sales of Over One Billion in assets throughout the southeastern United States. Full life cycle, acquisition, renovation, leasing, asset and property management, disposition, and portfolio management. Chief Administrative Officer – partner with CEO to organize Corporate Real Estate, Administration, Operations, Legal, HR, IT and develop Compliance function. Assemble executive team, drive corporate culture, structured organization, and reporting relationships

• Commercial, residential, and hotel development company COO/Consultant

• Review of corporate structure/organizational hierarchy, entity review, long-term strategic planning, succession planning, and property evaluation
