  • Created job aids, provided classroom training for store managers and assistant store managers covering topics ranging from hiring and HR best practices to profitability management.

  • Achieved 90% completion of new web-based training for all hourly employees in assigned coverage area.

  • Held responsibility for testing, piloting and installing new software back-office systems, including the successful installation of new back-office software for a 35+ store chain acquisition.
