  • The candidate has spent 20+ years in C-Store, QSR, and Big Box leadership. Having all three gives this candidate a well-rounded set of leadership and experiential skills which have allowed her to become an extremely accomplished leader in each space she has worked in.

  • As a Division Manager, the candidate had responsibility for 50+ sites and 6 District Managers. This role was responsible for all P&L lines, recruiting, AP, HR and financial report training for new store and District Managers.

  • Created financial and training documents and procedures to help streamline, simplify, and standardize team daily and weekly processes, leading to a 10+% increase in sales and reducing inventory shrink to .83%.

  • Well versed in both Franchise and Corporate store operations and leadership. Each providing a distinct leadership skill set.

  • Held an assignment as special projects specialist which included training managers and store staff with back-office systems and company standards. Became a subject matter expert on hot foods and new coffee programs and trained staff on both.

  • Served in a position as a Store Readiness Specialist. In this role, projects were focused around making sure sites were 100% up to company standards, reset, and merchandised to the last plan-o-grams and schematics resulting in turnkey handovers to franchisees.

  • Supported multiple nationwide acquisition projects and remodels.

  • Served as a Area Leader covering both corporate and franchise locations. Proving extremely successful the candidate was promoted to Flagship Area Leader-West Coast.

  • As only 1 of 2 Flagship Area Leaders in the country, this candidate was at the forefront of new product releases, new equipment implementation, and store innovation that included launching restaurant platforms across several locations.

  • Certifications and Skills include: UST A/B Operator Colorado, ServSafe Instructor, ServSafe Proctor, ServSafe Manager. The candidate is bilingual (100% proficiency in English/Spanish).
