• Created floor plans and new schematics for all stores to better represent the new supplier and the company vision.

• Brought inventory shrink to .8%.

• Installed and implemented new information systems for regional sites, provided system training, and created an Operations Manual.

• Managed and performed projects to upgrade all sites internet platform, EMV compliance, security video systems, and EBT equipment.

• Negotiated all vendor and supplier contracts.

• Consistently outperforming market area sales growth by 2% or more.
