  • Built award-winning customer service and pricing teams using automated CRM, ETRM and ERP. Provided end-to-end service, centralized fuel price quotes and sales support.

  • Refine business intelligence with cost-plus pricing models for bids, index (OPIS, Platts, Argus) spot/cash and NYMEX futures in commercial, wholesale and industrial businesses.

  • Develop enterprise class performance metrics and reporting for margin optimization, strategic sales initiatives and customer service.

  • Introduce machine learning to improve billing data entry and CRM data quality.

  • Redesign 300+ SOX financial controls, automate credit underwriting, reduce invoice errors, cut bad debt 50%, et al.
