  • Senior Recruiter lead all searches through use of
    • Proprietary data-base and industry networks
    • HT&A candidate screening protocols aligned to client needs analysis
  • Resume review including work history verification
  • Reference checking utilizing industry contacts to enhance the process
  • Candidate education ensuring they have a clear understanding of the client company during the vetting process


  • We prepare an executive package of approved candidates for review and interviews
  • Collaborate with client and management team regarding presentation and next steps.


  • Preparation of candidates and interview team to ensure the most effective and efficient use of time
  • Coordination of either one-on-one interviews and/or panel interviews
    • Planning schedules
    • Planning travel
    • Planning transportation
    • Planning accommodations
    • Planning for optimal interview location
  • Coordination of individuals including their professional bios who participate in the interview process
  • Coordination candidate debriefing wrap up


  • Debriefing each candidate using proprietary score sheet completed by individual client or client panel
  • Ranking candidates for the purpose of:
    • Making an offer
    • Needing more information
    • Releasing in a professional manner
  • Deciding next steps
  • Determining additional information to develop an offer
